Big Brand Tire & Service

Big Brand Tire & Service has earned my trust after helping me with issues on both of my vehicles in the last few weeks. One tire had a nail causing a slow leak, and the other was losing pressure because of a faulty valve stem cap. Both times, the staff provided quick, friendly, and knowledgeable service. What stood out most was their willingness to help when I arrived right as they were closing on a Sunday evening. Instead of turning me away, they took care of the problem and got me back on the road. Excellent service, great people, and a genuine commitment to customers. Highly recommended!

I stopped by this shop yesterday with a flat tire. The guy at the desk (probably in his 50s) was really nice. He listened to what was going on, then asked if he could take a look at the tire. I showed it to him and within seconds he spotted a nail. He asked if I could wait about 30 minutes while they fixed it. I said sure. He took my keys, had me fill out a quick form, and about 20 minutes later they were done and handed the keys back. He just said “no problem” and didn’t charge me anything. I was honestly shocked — they fixed it for free. Usually if I need a flat fixed somewhere, I have to make an appointment ahead of time and end up paying $40–50. This place just took care of it on the spot, no charge. Really impressed by how professional and straightforward they were. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

The BEST car/tire place in Little Elm hands-down!! Had to have my car towed to them and got two tires, out the same day. They went the extra mile to help me get back up to the facility and stayed till after five for me to close out and get my vehicle. The price he quoted was the price that I paid and Ernesto was beyond Helpful patient and efficient. This is my new car place. I will be back. Give them a try.!! And the barbecue place next-door is just as good again great location great service for my vehicle! Thank you Big Brand Tire and Service

Update This place told me at the time they messed up my alignment more, that it would require new eccentric bolts, tie rods, and shims to do a proper alignment. How wrong they were. Took my vehicle to a different place, and while expensive, that was $280 well spent to get quality work and customer service. The first attached photo is the before and after from this piece. The second is the photo of what they said couldn’t be done. Don’t waste your time or money here. ——————————————————————— Original review Brought my vehicle in to have the alignment checked and if needed, have an alignment done. After they checked the alignment they called me to state that they’re unable to do an alignment due to needing parts. There were no specific concerns that led me to brining in my vehicle for an alignment other than some vibrations at speed here and there. My steering wheel was perfectly centered, car tracked straight, I just wanted to make sure it was okay or prepare for any adjustments. I get back to their shop after they “checked” my alignment, start to drive away, and my steering wheel is damn near a full 90 degrees turned to the right. I go back in to ask to have it fixed, they

Lorenzo and the team had great communication and were very clear about the pricing and the issues with my vehicle. I had debris affect my CV axle, and they also discovered that the control arm bushing had been impacted as well. I needed my vehicle repaired quickly, and Lorenzo ordered the parts before I even arrived at the shop. They were able to complete all the work by the end of the same day. The customer service was excellent, the repair was completed quickly with great quality, and it also came with a solid warranty. I really appreciated their professionalism and efficiency.
